Romanian Décolletage : Europrod Services

In 2004, in order to be able to offer better pricing to accommodate their customers two French decolleteurs from Haute-Savoie : Frédéric ANTHOINE and Pascal JACQUARD launched a production unit in Romania. They chose to build the facility in Deva which is a very industrial Romanian city. Several french managed factories exist in this area.
Deva being nearby we can easily subcontract our mounting, decolletage, surfaces treatments and thermal treatments operations. EUROPROD SERVICES was created earlt 2005.

Our Company's History

1989 : Creation SARL des Grands Clos. At the beginning the company is rectifying decolleted parts.

1990 : Purchase of the first decolletage lathe. A marketing division is setup. The company makes its first direct client. The first parts for international markets are produced.

1995 : Purchase of the first numerically controlled machine. Acquisition of the first tooling center.

1997 : Website creation and acquisition of the domain name decolletage.net.

2000 : Norm ISO 9002 procurement. Machines automatization for rectifying. Subsets production starts.

2001 : A new building is constructed (800 m2 extension). Acquisition of the company Décolletage Daniel.

2003 : Acquisition of SARL Pierre Perrollaz. Development and production of Décolletage des Grands Clos' own products.

2004 : Norm ISO9001 version 2000 procurement.

2005 : The company Europrod Services is created.

2006 : Purchase of a Dürr trichloréthylène free washing machine as well as a Tesa Scan 25 for better parts' controls.
Marketing of our own branded products Vis Anti-Vandales®

2007 : Creation Titane Production company. Company dedicated to promote and enhance Titanium.

2008 : Décolletage des Grands Clos' extension : Atelier des Morets opening, increase of the production area.

2009 : Kardex shop setup for better stock management.
